Autumn Studio Time

I frequently set aside time to simply create. To take inspiration from other designers, from colours, from nature – and channel it into my own creativity.

Recently, I’ve been loving the combination of pink and red but find designing in bold contrasting colours like this challenging. It’s not often I get to buy red roses, but an event called for them and I had the chance to take this challenge on.

Below is the result. I attempted a bloom-only bouquet (as opposed to one thick with greenery/foliage), which I’ve never done before.

Last, I got to play with my new camera and fresh new editing skills courtesy a workshop with award winning photographer Rebecca Amber. Here I go down another creative rabbit hole!
